Last Matt & I Skyped with Dan Back, who was in Paris working away on new music (which he previews for us in the interview!) ex, before jetting back to the U.S. to start the All Hearts Tour with Robyn and Kelis that kicked off in Los Angeles a few nights ago.

We chat with Dan about his Symphonies collaboration with Kid Cudi, his thoughts about touring in the U.S and sharing a bill with Robyn & Kelis (we also asked him which of the lovely girls he’d duet with given the chance) he talks about working on his new album and who he has been collaborating with and writing for (Lady Gaga say what?!) and much more!

Last week we got the chance to speak with the legendary DJ/Remixer/Producer Johnny Vicious, a staple on the dance music scene for over 20 years. We chatted about the remix process, who he has been most excited to remix over the years and what new projects he is working on. Johnny has just created rocking mixes of Athene Noelle and Ultraviolet Sound for us, and you can preview the Ultraviolet Sound one at the start of our video interview. Check it out!

One of the most interesting records I have heard this year is It’s On by Jasper James which has secured Jasper her first Billboard chart position ever! A couple of weeks ago Jasper stopped by the Pro Motion loft while in town from LA. We chatted about her infectious brand of electro-hop with a dance twist. A couple of weeks ago Turkish star Bedük dropped by the Pro Motion loft while he was in town. He sat with me to discuss his third album Go, why now is the time for him to go international, his on stage performance and much more. The album Go! is the #3 most added record at college radio and should debut top 40 very shortly!

KYLIE MINOGUE: All The Lovers WAWA + XXXchange Remixes + Live On Jonathan Ross

I’m really in love with Kylie’s All The Lovers and personally these WAWA mixes of the track are my favorite of the bunch of official mixes! (You should also seek out the unofficial Fear Of Tigers mix which I greatly enjoy) You can hear the WAWA mixes and the XXXchange one below and then grab them on itunes or Amazon (unless you’re a Billboard DJ and there are heading your way shortly!)

In other Kylie news, ahead of the release of Aphrodite next week you can stream the album in it entirety on NPR! You simply must give this a listen, it is a slice of pure electro-pop perfection Kylie and Stuart Price (who produced the album) are a match made in heaven!

Last but not least, check out Kylie’s appearance on Jonathan Ross a British chat show. It a very endearing interview and she gives brilliant performances of All The Lovers and the classic Love At First Sight from the Fever album.
