The LIFT department is just about to unleash Scooter‘s new album “Under The Radar Over The Top” to college radio.  In celebration of the release we took the opportunity to send over some questions for the band to answer for us. This serves as an introduction of Germany’s most successful band to you U.S. folks who may be unfamiliar with them (some of you however may have heard their music in Sacha Baron Cohen’s Bruno).
